Abstract

Skin changes in the surface of the whole body are extremely problematic for both male and female patients, but the most problematic and complex region is the face (because of its exposure in different factors). Therefore, from my personal experience, I saw it necessary and reasonable to research and compile a very complex prescription, such as personal magistral preparations: Lorgen Sun Day and Previta Gen.These creams, contain a combination of moisturizing, epithelizing, adstringent, revitalizing, vitamins (Vit. C, A, D, E), additional adjuvans, flavoring and cream base for magisterial preparation. As for active substance, both of the creams contain Antipirin (Phenazone ;Antipyrin;Analgesine;- C11H12N2O 188.23g/mol) 20% and 10%, which trought its mechanism of action as inhibitor of prostaglandins, acts as an anti-inflammatory and at the same time serves as an adstringens without leaving the skin to become more rude and hyperpigmentated.
•In my research, there are treated 334 patients of different ages from both sexes:( of them 203 female or 60.77% and 131 male or 39.22%).
This number of patients, depending on the changes of the skin of the face, are divided in three groups:
Group one (I-st) with hyperpigmentation changes from different etiology.
Group two (II-nd) with erythematosus changes, LED, Dermatitis seborrhoica, ciakatrices post acne.
Group three (III-rd) with Actenic Keratosis, Senil Keratosis, Verruacae et Keratoais seborrohica.

Conclusion

Therapeutic and preventive local treatment with magisterial preparations: Lorgen Sun Day and Previta Gen has shown quite positive results in both of the above-mentioned effects. As a preventive after the removal of actinous ceratoses, hyperpigmentaton etc., there have been no recurrences, and also the erythematosus changes have apparently been removed and are no longer presented again. And all this because these creams are applied not only for treatment but also as day cream. So, the use of Antipyrines as active substance, combined with many other auxiliary substances that enhance the therapeutic effect, has given excellent results in skin protection from sunlight that promote the addition of actinous ceratoses, hyperpigmentaton, skin tumor manifestations, erythematosus changes etc.

This number of patients, depending on the changes of the skin of the face, are divided in three groups, for which I will discuss more widely now.
Group one (I-st) with hyperpigmentation and effelid changes from different etiology - altogether contains 154 patients (of which 98 females or 63, 63% and 56 males or 36, 36%).
In this group dominates the feminine gender.

The etiology of hyperpigmentations on these tested patients has been of the most varied: as a result of local therapeutic and cosmetic preparations, due to hormonal disorders, mycotic infections and those with effelid are known to be genetic, but during the sun exposure are more pronounced. After the treatment of hyperpigmentations according to personal protocol (that contains combination with night depigmentation creams, in some cases combination of additional physical therapies (MKDB and cryotherapy), as well as daily creams with Antipyrine - Lorgen Sun Day and PREVITA GEN which has resulted extremely good), we continued only with Lorgen Sun Day and PREVITA GEN as protective cream and daily use. The results were amazing, there was no repetition of brown spots and effelids. Group two (II-nd) with erythematosus changes, LED, Dermatitis seborrhoica, ciakatrices post acne- contains 61 patients (49 female or 80, 32% and 12 male or 19, 67%). In this group also dominates the feminine gender.

Even this group of patients, after therapeutic treatment combined with local and systemic therapies according to the protocol, have continued the local treatment with LORGEN SUN DAY and PREVITA-GEN creams during the day. In conclusion, on this group of patients we had a very good result, as the removal of skin irritation from the sun was amazing, this because of the Antipyrine combination with other ingredients that has acted like an anti- inflammatory and astringents.
Group three (III-rd) with Actenic Keratosis, Senil Keratosis, Verruacae et Keratoais seborrohica- altogether contains 119 patients (56 female or 47, 05% and 63 or 52, 94%). In this group we have a masculine gender domination, especially blonde ones.

In conclusion, on this group of patients we had a very good result, as the removal of skin irritation from the sun was amazing, this because of the Antipyrine combination with other ingredients that has acted like an anti- inflammatory and astringents. And the main advice during applying these creams have been, if exposed to the sun for a longer period of time, the creams should be used every 3-4 hours, because the Antipyrine in the sun loses its therapeutic effect very quickly (after 3-5 hours). If they are not exposed to the sun, only one application in the morning was enough.

So here comes to expression, first of all the preventive of most of the actinic kerathosis not to be transformed into different skin carcinomas, so that later we do not have a worse prognosis and harder treatment.
