Research accepted by Hendun Research Access Journals is published under a Creative Commons license (CC-BY). Under the terms of this license, authors retain ownership of the copyright of their articles. Anyone may reuse the article with proper attribution. The license ensures that the article will be available as widely as possible and that the article can be included in any scientific archive.
Submissions with one or more authors who are United States government employees will be published under a Creative Commons public domain instrument (CC0), which waives all copyright and related rights to the article to the fullest extent allowed by law
The authors are encouraged to avoid the presentation or usage of previously published images or figures in their manuscript, unless express, written permission from the copyright holder to republish under a CC-BY or CC0 license (as applicable) has been obtained. Figures/Images, video previously published under a public domain, CC-BY, or CC0 license do not require such permission to be obtained by the author.
Best Practices in Research Reporting
All research presented/submitted to Hendun Research Access journals must be reported according to internationally accepted standards for the study type on the research conducted, with ethics oversight obtained where appropriate.
When discussing the published work, authors must properly describe the contribution of the earlier work. Both intellectual contributions and technical developments must be acknowledged as such and appropriately cited.
Manuscripts are sent out for review on the condition that any unpublished data cited within are properly credited and the appropriate permission has been sought. Where licenced data are cited, authors must include at submission a written assurance that they are complying with originators' data-licencing agreements. Referees are encouraged to be alert to the use of appropriated unpublished data from databases or from any other source, and to inform the editor of any concern they may have.
Authors, reviewers, and editors must declare potential competing interests, or interests that may be perceived as such, as they relate to the research. A competing interest may relate to an entity or to a person and may be of a financial, non-financial, professional or personal nature.
Acknowledgements/ Disclosure of Funding Sources
Research submitted to Hendun Research Access journals must be accompanied by a declaration of all financial support received to carry out the work. The role of the funder in the research must also be declared.
Animal Subjects Involving in Research
Regulated animals involved in research must meet internationally accepted ethics standards for the study type, including but not limited to obtaining study-specific approval by the appropriate ethics committee, securing appropriate permits to conduct the research, and providing required details for studies involving non-human primates.
Human Subjects Involving in Research
Research involving human participants must meet internationally accepted ethics standards for the study type, including but not limited to obtaining study-specific approval by the appropriate ethics committee, taking steps to protect privacy of the participant, obtaining informed consent and providing clinical trial documentation.
The data underlying the research, of articles published in Hendun Research Access journals must be made publicly available. Rare exceptions may apply and must be agreed to with the Editor. Data should be de-identified where appropriate (see Human Subjects and Animal Research).
Authors publishing their research in Hendun Research Access journals are encouraged to make available all relevant materials available on the website.
Yes, you can proceed to withdraw your manuscript. Please follow the Manuscript Withdrawal process. The author is allowed to withdraw the manuscript without paying any withdrawal penalty, if the author(s) requests a withdrawal of manuscript, within 48 hours of submission.
If the author(s) requests a withdrawal of manuscript, after the peer review process or in the production stage (Early Release or Ahead of publishing) or published online; then authors need to make a withdrawal penalty.
Hendun Research Access Journal Editorial Office will provide the corresponding author a formal letter of Manuscript Withdrawal. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the Hendun Research Access Editorial Office.

If the author wishes to withdraw paper from a journal, author needs to submit an " Article withdrawal Form" signed by all authors (or) the corresponding author of the manuscript stating the reasons for manuscript withdrawal. The form is available from the Editorial Office of the journal, we will send you upon request.
